The challenge I faced was time management. Completing all the processes in just four weeks, on top of the other projects I was working on, really tested my skills. I had to handle everything from creating the user journey to prototyping, all while ensuring a better user experience.

To overcome the time management challenged, I implemented a detailed project plan with clear milestones and deadlines. I prioritized tasks based on their impact and urgency, and used project management tools like Notion to stay organized. Additionally, I set aside dedicated time blocks each day for focused work on specific tasks, which helped me stay on track and maintain productivity. This structured approach allowed me to efficiently manage my time and ensure a seamless user journey and effective prototyping, ultimately enhancing the user experience.
